New host and and new look.

Welcome to the Elgin Street Public School’s Parent Council’s shiny new webspace.
After many years of reliable and fantastic service, Garth’s server now has time to do other computer related things. Thank you.

The look and feel will be ironed out over the next few weeks. I’m still adding the finishing touches to the Content Management System and have put the site design to the side for a few days.
